If you submit information through any form on the Service, you agree the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You may not impersonate others, use false contact details, or attempt to evade spam filters.
3. SMS & Email Communications (A2P 10DLC Consent)
By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you expressly consent to receive recurring communications from ExpertClick by email, phone, and SMS text message at the contact information you provide, including messages sent using an automatic dialing system.
Types: account notifications, inquiry follow-ups, service updates, and (where opted in) marketing offers.
Frequency: varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out (SMS): reply STOP at any time. Help: reply HELP.
Opt-out (email): click the unsubscribe link in any email or email info@expertclick.site.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your phone number and consent will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

The Service may link to third-party websites or services (including ExpertBook.com, InterviewClick.com, NewsCouncil.com, and partner platforms). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpertClick and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ExpertClick and its affiliates from any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
